Directed By Don Shades and Lucas Levitan

" The folk band Blue Rose Code was about to record their first album and Aubin and Wills were interested in making a documentary about them throught the whole process. The idea of going back to a 70´s style documentary came from the director Don Shades who had previous experience in a Documentary about Glastonbury, so we worked in 16mm as if  we were recording in digital. Improvisation, music, a great experience. It was amazing to discover that the greatest songs of the album were recorded during the late hours till  early morning, our team had to respect their creative space while making our documentary happen. We were lucky to work with the  Creative Director Lucas Levitan, and the Producer Julie Seal who truly believed in the project and make it happen."
